Shipping & Delivery Policy

Vaportek is committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy for retail orders:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Standard shipping transit times vary based on location but generally range between 3-7 business days.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Vaportek ships exclusively within the contiguous United States.
Shipments to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) are available; however, these locations are excluded from free shipping promotions.
Free standard shipping is available for retail orders over $250 (before taxes and discounts) within the contiguous U.S.
Liquids are excluded from free shipping, regardless of quantity.
Shipping costs for orders under $250 are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Orders exceeding 150 lbs will be configured to ship via freight. Freight charges are determined by Vaportek’s selected carrier and will be invoiced accordingly.

Vaportek is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

As a valued Vaportek distributor, we strive to offer seamless order fulfillment and shipping. Please review our wholesale shipping guidelines:

Wholesale orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.
Large or custom orders may require additional processing time.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Wisconsin unless otherwise specified.

Vaportek ships exclusively within the contiguous United States.
Shipments to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) are available; however, these locations are excluded from free shipping promotions.
Free standard shipping is available for wholesale orders over $750 (before taxes and discounts) within the contiguous U.S.
Liquids are excluded from free shipping, regardless of quantity.
For orders under $750, shipping costs will be included on the invoice unless the customer provides their own carrier account information.

Orders exceeding 150 lbs will be configured to ship via freight. Freight charges are determined by Vaportek’s selected provider and will be billed accordingly.
Customers must have a receiving dock or make arrangements for delivery.

Any shipping damage or discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
